Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Velqo app and this website handle your information. Velqo is a camera-based app that identifies items and shows estimated value ranges. We aim to collect only what the app needs to work.

Photos you scan

To identify an item, the app processes the photo you take or select and analyzes it with automated AI models to return an identification and an estimated value. We do not sell your photos.

Account and subscription data

This app offers a paid subscription. Purchases and renewals are handled by Apple's App Store and Google Play under their own terms; we do not receive or store your full payment details.

Analytics and diagnostics

We use analytics and crash/diagnostic tools to understand usage and fix problems.

Your choices

• Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play settings.
• Contact us to ask about your data or request deletion.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
